    LOL he suggested to replaced animal fats with Soy and Corn Oil SMH. Yeah I will not be taking that advice thank you.

    He said a lot of good information. But one annoyance was siting the bogus Spanish Mediterranean Diet Study about oil being a good thing even though the no oil nut group did better. And the most proven studies of heart disease improvement with no oil were ignored namely Pritikin, Ornish, and Esselstyn to name a few. He is effectively promoting oil despite the no oil approach having better results which is ridiculous.

  9. Don't get your vitamin D blood level tested because… Knowledge is bad? What is this guy trying to hide. Vitamin D3 cures 95% of those with MS. See the YouTube video titled Coimbra, vitamina D e patologie autoimmuni (you may need to turn on closed captions).

  10. Do grains not get converted to basically sugar and thus contribute to developing insulin resistance?
