  1. No God Nor Master

    What a fucking loser!!!!

  2. I was with him until recommended soy and corn oil. GAWD NO! That is doctor dogma. He can ruin his health with that garbage, I'm not.

  3. Healthy Recipe Channel

LOL he suggested to replaced animal fats with Soy and Corn Oil SMH. Yeah I will not be taking that advice thank you.

  4. The Artificial Society

He said a lot of good information. But one annoyance was siting the bogus Spanish Mediterranean Diet Study about oil being a good thing even though the no oil nut group did better. And the most proven studies of heart disease improvement with no oil were ignored namely Pritikin, Ornish, and Esselstyn to name a few. He is effectively promoting oil despite the no oil approach having better results which is ridiculous.

  5. See nutritionfacts.org for good nutrition information

  6. Duc Viet Nguyen, Ph.D

I really enjoy your lecture with heartfelt thanks.

  7. I like the dietary guideline: "One gram of fiber for every one hundred calories."

  8. Excellent practical information.  Thank you.

  9. Don't get your vitamin D blood level tested because… Knowledge is bad? What is this guy trying to hide. Vitamin D3 cures 95% of those with MS. See the YouTube video titled Coimbra, vitamina D e patologie autoimmuni (you may need to turn on closed captions).

  10. Do grains not get converted to basically sugar and thus contribute to developing insulin resistance?
